Here's what we’ve got coming up for 2024:

Backpacking trips:

What to expect:

  • A 3 day wilderness adventure intended to help you thrive in this life.

What you’ll need to bring:

  • Outdoor-appropriate clothing (layers, minimal cotton), hiking boots, socks, fishing license, hat

What we provide:

  • Pack, sleeping bag, sleeping pad, tent, headlamp, water bottles, meals, snacks, fishing pole

Day 1:

  • Arrive at trailhead at 8am

  • Go over gear, packing instructions, safety protocols, and begin hiking at 10am

  • Approximately 6 hours of hiking into camp (with all gear)

  • Set up camp (tents, sleeping pads, sleeping bags, arrange gear, etc.)

  • Collect firewood

  • Writing exercises

  • Group stretching meditation/breathing exercise

  • Dinner, Campfire, Group discussions

Day 2:

  • Group stretching and meditation/breathing exercises

  • Writing exercises

  • Day hike (with light packs)

  • Fishing and swimming options

  • Dinner, Campfire, Group Discussions

Day 3:

  • Group stretching and breathing exercises

  • Writing exercises

  • 4-6 hour hike back to trail head

  • Late lunch in Strawberry, CA (Victory Meal!)

  • Midday Orientation and Overview

  • Writing exercise in the evening

  • Active afternoon event (get the blood pumping)

  • Dinner

  • Group Discussions

Day 2:

  • Morning Meditation

  • Approximately 6 hours hike

  • Writing exercises

  • Group stretching and breathing exercise

  • Dinner

  • Group Discussions

Day 3:

  • Morning Meditation

  • Group stretching and breathing exercises

  • Writing exercises

  • Last group discussion and recap
