Welcome to Another Direction. The Wilderness is a powerful place that humans have lived in since the beginning of our existence. We are wired to thrive in this environment. We shed the unnecessary and lean on our instincts that have been sharpened by evolution, and that results in the most powerful of experience: Being Human.  The challenges and unpredictable behavior of Mother Nature will push you in ways that you have never experienced—and as a result, you will find strength in yourself you didn’t know you had. We use that as the core of our program to make lasting changes in your life going forward.

Our Mission

We leverage the power of wilderness as the platform to combine all the tools you need to thrive. This approach combines mental health exercises, physical exertion, stretching, nutritional supplementation, writing exercises, meditation, and knowledge for a comprehensive wellness bootcamp that will give you the skills to not only fill your own bucket, but to go beyond just being “ok” and entering into a state of flourishing.

And into the forest I go, to lose my mind and find my soul”
